An introduction to the annual Mabray "Doc" Kountze Film and Arts Festival by Mayor Michael J. McGlynn. We filmed at city hall in front of the portrait of former mayor of Medford Samuel Crocker Lawrence painted by Adele Travisano who also painted the well-known portrait of Doc Kountze. This video showed at the beginning of the film program portion of the festival.
