An interview with Mabray Andrews, great nephew and namesake of Mabray Doc Kountze for the annual "Doc" Kountze Film and Arts Festival. We filmed in front of the original home of Doc Kountze in West Medford one of the oldest Afro-American communities in the country. This short video was meant to give the audience a brief insight into the life of Doc Kountze and why the arts were important to him. This was shown at the start of the second film program during the festival.
